Data Management

Personal data is available to those employees who work with customer-related data and marketing at Printgroup Nordic AB. Furthermore, information such as delivery address and ordered product items can be passed on to our suppliers in cases where we send from an external party. Personal information related to the invoice is passed on to Collector Bank who then handles payment of goods.

You have the right to request access to, rectification and deletion of personal data, limitation of personal data and sensitive personal data. In order to comply with accounting law, some information may not be possible to erase.

Modification or deletion of personal data
If you have previously given your consent for us to collect and store your personal information, you have the right to contact us in order to revoke this.

You can contact us via e-mail if you have a request regarding personal data. If so, please contact us from the e-mail you previously used to contact us. Otherwise, we will need to use other measures to ascertain your identity.

Note that you always have the right to complain to the Data Inspectorate if you feel that we are lacking in our handling of personal data, but of course, in such cases, we would be grateful if you could contact us first so that we have the opportunity to improve our service.

Action Plan
If we suspect that something has happened that affects personal data, such as an infringement attack on a database, the Data Inspectorate will be notified within 72 hours together with the following information:

  • What information is involved
  • The number it affects
  • Potential consequences
  • Action taken and actions planned

If the incident could lead to people being exposed to serious risks such as ID theft, fraud or discrimination, the victims will also be informed. If we do not believe that such a risk exists, an assessment will be made on a case-by-case basis whether the affected person should be informed and, if so, what method should be used. All incidents involving personal data will be documented.

Personal data management regarding quotations, agreements, customer meetings and ordering
Personal information and related information that may be collected for the purposes of quotations, agreements, customer meetings and orders:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Company name
  • Business address
  • Invoice address
  • Delivery address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail
  • Corporate registration number
  • Personal identification number for customers who are sole traders
  • Printing files

Personal information and related information about an order or quotation is stored in our financial system in order to comply with accounting law and to maintain a business relationship between the customer and Printgroup Nordic AB. Personal data linked to orders in our financial system will be stored for at least 7 years, as is required by accounting law.

If you have created an account on the website or placed an order via the website, you will be included in the website's database. This stores the information that you have chosen to fill in on the website for an unspecified time period and for the purpose of facilitating future orders.

When sending out newsletters or similar, there is always a link at the bottom for those who wish to unsubscribe from our mailings.

Information related to orders is primarily collected via the query form that the user fills out on the checkout page, but can also be collected via e-mail, on the website or in some cases, over the phone.

Suppliers
Personal data related to suppliers is stored in our financial system in order to be able to maintain a business relationship between the supplier and Printgroup Nordic AB. The information is used to communicate with the supplier and mainly concerns orders and prices. The information is stored as long as we believe we have a customer relationship or until an agreement has expired. Personal data and related information that we store relating to current suppliers:

  • First name
  • Surename
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Business address
  • E-mail
  • Website
  • Corporate registration number
  • Bankgiro/plusgiro

Cookies
We use Google Analytics, which is a statistical tool used to analyse how our visitors use the site. This means that information is collected about which pages you visit, the number of clicks and other similar information. IP addresses and personal information are automatically made anonymous by Google in order to avoid users being identifiable.

Our chat tool comes from an external party called Tawk.to, which saves cookies to keep track of active conversations and related information.
